And yes, FSM-Reapr needs to complete (key word) at least three games in order to host.  He's only completed one so far.  He also needs to provide reason to believe that he's skilled enough to understand fundamental concepts in TWG, just as any other TWGer does.

I should have worded that better, my mistake.
You need to show proof of your skill through your actual playing in the game.  You don't need to make a list or anything, that would only be superfluous.

And you still need to play and complete 2 more games before being able to reach the minimum game requirement for hosting.
