Wait for submissions for the next update to open, since they're currently closed. Could take a while though.
Submission threads are in the submissions forum, you'll post up links to your files there by getting your files into dropbox or mediafire generally.

He doesn't necessarily have to wait for submissions to reopen to post arrangements.  You won't get them on the site yet tho.  Welcome to the site Fantastic Ike!

After all current submissions are accepted and uploaded to the site.

Make a topic in "Submissions" that says "Fantastic Ike's arrangements!"

Then use Dropbox or Mediafire to create a link to your file, which we can click on.
