Musescore?

Hello,
Would I be able to submit music that I arranged on Musescore?  (I haven't actually used it much, but I have heard that it's better than Finale Notepad)
If I can, what type of file would the music need to be?

You still need to submit it with a finale file. You'll need to export it as musicXML and import it into notepad before cleaning it up a little and submitting it.
