My personal way to relax is to listen this and close my eyes.

I have a playlist on Spotify called 'I'm Asleep'. I listen to it sometimes when napping and it relaxes me because it's all calming and quiet and relaxing. I call it 'I'm Asleep' so people on Facebook can be like 'o ok she's asleep'
