What would you do for the bass in this song starting at 0:10. (I just need an example of the first few bars)

Hmmm... to me it sounds like a C#  I don't know if anyone more experienced would disagree.  It's kind of quiet compared to the right hand, so it would take a while to figure out exactly what it's doing.  Maybe there's a bass only version on youtube that you could listen to?
