I have only fnale notepad 2012, but I am wondering, while it is VERY limited, is it possible to have a different first and second ending in a piece: e.g. plays a transition before the repeat and the second time goes on to the rest of the song?

EDIT: OK, if figured out how to copy a working ending from another song, but I can't figure out how to add measures in the middle of the song. Anyone know how?

Highlight the measure where you want to add more. (The new measures will be before the highlighted one)
Then go Edit -> Insert Measure Stack. Punch in the number of measures you want to add and hit ok or whatever it is.

Let me know if that doesn't work or can't be done in Notepad. It's been a while.

It works! Thanks, I didn't see the measure stack button before.
