This song exists in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U. Which one would I post it for?

Brawl. The general rule is that if the exact same piece shows up in multiple games, submit it for the first North American release it was used in.

Echo is correct, unless it's a different arrangement and you base it on the second arrangement. I'm pretty sure this is the same track that was used in Brawl though.

I think that you should put all of the Brawl Victory themes into one sheet, so you don't have to submit one tiny tune by one, e.g. Bespinben's PMD Fanfares Collection
