I just recovered my PC from a hard drive failure and have some corrupt files.

Would anyone know where this belongs to? I'm pretty sure it's from a Nintendo game, but I'm not sure of its title. Judging by the notes, it's probably something from the Wii or Wii U?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
