Some layout things:

Using bass clef instead of 8vb in treble clef is generally the done thing. Occasionally it works better that way, but here I think a bass clef is better.

(Personally, I like to use dashed lines to indicate the movement of a part to another hand, reserving solid lines for movement of a part to another staff while still playing it with the same hand.)
