For me, it would probably be Biology

It all depends on the teacher. For example, I thoroughly enjoyed my tax courses because the lecturers were enthusiastic and had a sense of humour. (I know, whaaaat?)
Thinking back to high school, Classical Studies was very engrossing, but I would've picked Calculus as my favourite if not for the terrible teachers.

Not Music because it sucked in upper middle school, all teachers just had us play boring pop songs on guitar. Although in my upper secondary school it was more fun because I had chose an aesthetics school and the music program on their school.

Other than that, French was really fun. Wood Crafting is also fun, and so is PE.
