Looking purely at the PDF (as I'm in no position to listen to the OST atm), I think the key of F# minor (3 sharps) is more befitting, and it would save you the horror of always naturalizing D, A, and E.

I updated the files. Nothing major. Fixes included optimized measure layout, ensured consistency of the tremolo notation, addition of phrase and markings, and some minor touch-ups to the notes where there was overlap.
