Literally the only in-game ship that exists is Undyne-Alphys.

Neutral ending

There is a neutral ending where Toriel is exiled because of her human policy, so sans (and Papyrus, if you spared him) moves in with her in the ruins, but it's totally aromantic and actually kind of endearing. But Paps+Mettaton came out of nowhere. I guess there were just two characters left over who hadn't been shipped yet so the internet jumped on that? I mean, no one's about to stick Asgore or Flowey in a relationship. That's just wrong.
