Nice job! You may have omitted some ritardandos, but I feel that this sheet would benefit from adding them. I also think you have too many notes in some parts (like m3/6, 12/20, 19 [2nd eighth note RH], and possibly some others). You're also missing an E in m12 [the half note]

I'd rather not be putting ritardandos all over the place, hence why I indicated the rubato. The tempo changes are very intuitive, so I don't find it necessary to mark every single place to slow down.

Those notes are all there, I assure you.

EDIT: Turns out the official names of the tracks in the OST aren't actually known, and the [3rd Mix] part isn't official, so I decided to change the title into something simpler.
