This arrangement has ... issues right now.
The entire song feels empty, the RH is missing the 2nd voices and harmonies, and the bassline lacks the "tubby" feel of the original.
I'd recommend going over the whole thing a few more times and seeing what you can fix before I look at it again.

I made some changes to go with what you were saying. I don't believe I missed anything, but I could be wrong. I also realized that I had forgotten to fix the key sigs when I fixed them in Musescore, so I also fixed that (with a little help, of course).

The harmony you added isn't quite everything. There's a 2nd layer harmony with the same instrument throughout the rest of the song. Add that in.
