Here are some observations I've made.

• This whole piece should be in 12/8. If there is triplets throughout the piece, it is better to use compound meter. The tempo changes aren't necessary. I think you're hearing something different.
• I hear a beat pause after measure 17. You should probably notate that; it is an unexpected change that is in the original. 
  
• Check the notes in 33 and 35; There are wrong rhythms or missing notes in the melody.

Concerning the 12/8. It's actually the same tempo all the way through 188*(2/3)= 125 so it's basically the same tempo throughout. Just change it to 12/8 and put ♩=♩ meaning the same time is given to a quarter note regardless of the time sig.
