Quote from: goldenscruff on December 29, 2024, 10:43:04 PMm63 I'm not hearing what is doing the F# A, G B. Maybe the strings would be better here? (B C# D C#  F#  E). I think the vocals is also a semiquaver ahead of what you have written.

I hear things slightly different. The strings play in triplets on beat 2 (B, D, E). I altered the vocals so it lines up with the strings.

Everything else has been addressed.

Thank you for your time.

Quote from: TheZeldaPianist275 on December 13, 2024, 12:48:47 PMI think with respect to measure 82, goldenscruff was suggesting arpeggiating the bottom two notes of the three being played, not the top two. That is to say, the left hand takes the G2 and B3, and the right hand only plays the high B. A 10th isn't impossible to hit, so you could technically leave off arpeggiating this--typically it's implied that a pianist who can't hit it will arpeggiate it anyway.

Awesome arrangement btw, I look forward to it being published!

Ahh, now I understand. Files have been updated.

Thanks alot! :D

Quote from: goldenscruff on December 11, 2024, 03:20:53 PMm81 The RH feels a bit weird, I would suggest putting it up an octave and having m82 b1 being a (broken) 10th

I raised the vocal layer an octave higher and added an arpeggio chord. Is this what you had in mind?

Everything else has been addressed. I did however have some difficulty determining the stem directions for the guitar and vocal layers, particularly in the guitar solo section (m.60-67). Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback!

Please keep in mind that there are submissions from other people. Please have some common courtesy and be patient. Someone will come in when ready. Also, if you're not seeing a ton of activity in other people's submissions, then that means the updaters are busy. I imagine they have their hands full, especially after the news about Finale.

Quote from: Kricketune54 on September 04, 2024, 07:46:31 PMThank you for this clarification! Hmm... I would think go by the official lyrics, but if the artist doesn't say them in the recording... I am good with you leaving the words as is. I guess one thing you could do if you wanted, is to put parentheses around each word that is not spoken in the actual track.

I'm good either way, though I may ask other updaters for their thoughts.

I should mention that the singer Jen Bird confirmed a slight modification to a line per this interview with Chuggaaconroy. The official lyric line is as follows:

<Can you please spare me some time with the one man I loved?>

She says "a" instead of "some". For this instance, I went with her choice of word instead of the official lyric due to her acknowledgement.

Quote• m2 RH technically if there's a hidden rest, the first voice wouldn't be flipped won teh way it currently is. Also applies to m4
Done.

Quote• admittedly I have to do a bit of a deeper look, but why did you choose to bump the sung melody up an octave?
To utilize the full range of the piano, I put the vocals in the upper range and the piano part in the lower range. I wanted the vocal melody to stand out more.

Thank you for taking the time to review my sheet! :D

Quote from: Kricketune54 on August 26, 2024, 10:43:13 AM• On the whole I think some of the measure systems could be a little less wide. Main goal being that there's not a single system on the final page. I would play around a bit but maybe there's a page or two you could manage 6 measure systems.
I was able to cut it down to 5 systems per page (page 2 and onwards).

Quote• Given all the hidden pedal marks is there a reason there's no con pedale direction?
No reason in particular. I keep forgetting to include con pedale lol

Quote• m7 1.75 Not hearing a note/"The", sounds like "Final day" lyric on beat two is the start just like m5
• m13 4.75 lyric is "You" not "I"
The lyrics has been taken from the official OST booklet (which I have). This site has the lyrics taken from the booklet. For the first point, the "The" in <The final day has come to an end> has been eliminated. The singer doesn't appear to pronounce the word despite it being in the official lyrics. However for the second point, I left the "I" in <I will trace back all the memories>. It sounds like it could go either way, but I personally prefer to use the official one.

Quote• m3 4.5-4.75 technically it's more a gliss/slide from the En, you could do two 16th grace notes, Gn and G# leading to m4's An.
I think I fixed this. I messaged you via Discord. If needed, I will adjust accordingly.

Everything else has been addressed.

Posted in error. I'll edit this once I update the files.

Quote from: goldenscruff on August 10, 2024, 02:26:45 PMThe beat lengths aren't the same between your suggestions.

Whoops! You're right. Not sure what I was thinking at the time. Hehe.

QuoteI couldn't play the LH An (and I added them at the bottom of the RH), so I removed them. Your suggestion is ignorant of the melody in the RH, but if the 9th comes up again, I can move the Bn up an octave in the LH.

That works!

Hi! Just thought I'd chime in and offer some visual feedback. I haven't checked for note accuracy.

I think all grace notes should be tied.

m1&3- RH beat 3.25, these should be dotted eighth notes (so there should be no ties), like how you have them in m11&12.

m4- LH rests, should be a dotted eighth rest rather than the 16th+quarter rests you have.

m5- In the RH, the first two beats in the second layer should be a tied 8th note to 16th note (F#), then a dotted eighth (A)

m11- LH beat 1. This might be unplayable for most people. I would move the dotted eighth note (C#) to the RH, at least for the dotted eighth note, and then move the RH E an octave below. So it would look like (C#-A-E-C#) . And then for the 16th note, I would either add the C# and remove the top note (A) so it becomes (E-A-C#) or put the C# in between what you currently have, so it becomes (A-E-C#-A).

m16- LH, the eighth rest should be moved a little further down.

Feedback / Re: Sheet Music Errors Thread
April 10, 2024, 05:18:24 PM
Noticed a playback error on "MNN+@0・ (Ma-non Ship (Day))" where it kept repeating endlessly. I fixed it so that it only loops once. Could someone please update the files? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, this took so long!

Files have been updated per Latios' comments. (Btw, I'm glad you like the lead sheets! Still have a few more songs to add to the catalogue haha)

General changes to the sheet:
-Measure system-wise, the previous file felt cluttered. Decreased to 2 measures per system (not all of them)
-Revamped most of the LH part
-Added guitar voice (m2-4), piano chords (m7, 9, 10, 13, etc.), strings (m27-29, 68, 69, etc.)
-Guitar solo (m60-67) has been tweaked a bit to be more pianistic

Hi! Sorry for the wait. I just wanted to prioritize my other sheet for the update. Now that it is on-site, I can shift my focus back to this one.

That being said, I'm currently out of town. I intend to get back to this as soon as I can. :)
