Hey there, and welcome to my compositions thread! Today I whipped up a little composition, (my first one since late elemetary school ) for a fan-made Donkey Kong remake, (inspired by this: Classic Kong SNES). It's loosely based off of Yukio Kaneoka's super-short 25 m. For now, I'll just include the MUS file.

My first composition was made in 4th grade. God knows where that went. But here I am, 6 years later, composing once more (I gave up on it quite a while ago).

Also -- would it be safe to say I composed most of this song?

I have been inspired by ThatHiddenCharacter to start making my own compositions again; specifically, some world map ones. This one's elements come mostly from Super Mario Advance's "Game Select", but I thought it would make a good Grass Land theme as well. Let me know what you guys (If you're reading this ) think of this composition. I'm always open to constructive criticism.

2. I think it sounds very nice. Personally, I was getting a feel that was kind of a combination of New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Super Mario World. I was about to say "Also that game select theme from the Mario Advance games" when I realized 'wait, Levi already said that'.
