new arrangement thread for the same old guy (update 3/7/25: Sigil, Sonic 06)

yo. I was an active arranger here from about 2012-2017. had a HUGE hyperfixation to try and come back to making arrangements back in 2023 which then fizzled out hard. have had another hyperfixation to make arrangements more recently and this time it's stuck around for months. I remember last time somebody suggested putting my stuff in here before I try and submit it proper and while I had a thread way back when I figured a fresh start might be better. so long as that's okay with the mods and stuff
