TWG CIX: Shattered

Diamonds(Wolves)-
1. Yellow Diamond- Wolf Painter. Each night, permanently changes a players colour
2. Blue Diamond- Wolf Painter. Each night, permanently changes a players colour

for one night only, wolves can activate their super power, Corruption, and the wolfing kill will also kill anyone that targeted that player, cannot be blocked. Cannot be used more than once.

Crystal Gems (Humans)

3. Steven- Bodyguard. Can choose to protect a player each night, if that player is attacked, Steven dies instead
4. Garnet- Seer, each night, can see into the future to glimpse a persons color
5.  Connie- Vigi can stab someone during the night with her sword
6. Peridot- RoleBlocker, can use telekinesis to block someone from performing a night action
7. Lapis Lazuli- When dead, can choose one player to revive at the beginning of the next day phase, does not know their role or name (she darunk)
8. Amethyst- Her vote counts for two, is not told her role or name (she drunkt)
9. Pearl-  When dead, can talk to one living player each night , is not told her role or name (she drunked)

Corrupted Gem (Witch/3rd Party)
10. Jasper- Cannot be wolfed, During the night phase, they can change one player's intended night action target to a target of Jasper's choosing. Jasper also finds out that persons ability. If a wolf is Jasper's target, then the painter action is used unless the targeted wolf is the one who sent in the wolfing. If this is the case, the wolfing is redirected. Wins with Wolves or when she's the last player left. In the event of a human special (Besides Amethyst) and Jasper being the last ones alive, parity is given and Jasper wins. If Amethyst is the last human alive with Jasper, Humans win

It is now Day 1. Day 1 Ends at 7:30 PM CST on July 26rd. That's roughly 48 hours, more or less

Okay, we have two options of what happened. Either wolves nokilled (there are various reasons this may have happened) or they found Jasper. If it were a nokill, it's probably inactivity, a ploy to make today's lynch harder, or a ploy to make us think they found Jasper, but didn't.

Now, while them finding Jasper is not the most likely option here, I definitely wouldn't rule it out because I was in a game where the wolves hit the third party first night even though the odds were even less likely than this game. There were 18 players that game with 4 wolves, so that was a 1/14 chance while this game it would be a 1/8.

I've been doing some thinking and discussing on discord. My theory right now is that at least 1 wolf and jasper can be found in this pool of players: toby, mikey, BDS, and haku.

My reasoning follows that the wolves found jasper. I don't see the point in having an intentional no-kill night 1. Attempting to find jasper will always be preferable. So, they did. And if they did, then I'm assuming that they went after a player that would have been a threat to them. It's the kind of play that I've made before as wolf. They just happened to hit jasper in this case.

toby has always had an air of confidence about him. He has performed multiple reaction tests against players, trying to gain information. I would say that he is more likely the target, and therefore more likely jasper.

mikey is a knowledgeable player. He knows the meta of many players, and would more likely be the one to know who to shoot. I would say that he is more likely a wolf.

I don't know much of BDS. I haven't played much of him. But I know that people place him in high regard. He was in the championship, after all. I don't know if he is more likely a wolf or jasper.

Haku has been really active in trying to understand the meta of NSM and apparently has a great deal of experience. I would say that they are most likely jasper.

In short, my current belief is that mikey is a wolf and that haku is jasper. This pairing makes the most sense, since mikey knows haku. It's way too early to tell, but that's what I interpret from night 1.

Ninja'd 5x. Also, given mikey's readings, I feel like this fits with my thoughts so far.

No kill is highly unlikely. Jasper being the target is most likely

I don't like brawler's idea where the wolves are between mikey/bds/haku/myself, the kill could be completely random, it is night 1 after all. And I've done pretty much nothing so far, and it's been night 1 so I don't know why I was getting shade in chat for that lmao.

Brawler is actually a possible wolf, he likes to stay quiet as wolf and make large posts here and then. Him wanting to also throw interest towards mikey:bds:haku/myself would make sense especially if the night kill hit jasper at random.

Bds looks odd to me for throwing shade at me so early when I've done like nothing, and I haven't seen any reasoning as to why
