I'm wondering whether or not my latest arrangement would get accepted. There are no other instruments in this arrangement other than the piano. However, there's not only 2 pianos in this arrangement, but there's also 2 people on EACH piano, or 4 people total!

I've never seen any arrangement on this website for 2 pianos, 8 hands before. Just wondering whether or not that combination is allowed here before I post my arrangement.

Hope to hear back soon! I'm itching to get mine published and receive feedback. ;D

Just curious, what is the arrangement of?  I have never personally heard of so many piano voices (not primarily a piano player tho)

I'm pretty sure from reading the submission guidelines however that your piece would not be submitted.  Not a staff member, but I am fairly certain only two pianos, four hands and duets on one piano are allowed.  Maximum of four voices https://www.ninsheetmusic.org/forum/index.php?topic=6421.0

It's an arrangement of Yoshi's Island Athletic Theme, where I attempt to include every single countermelody, harmony and rhythm featured in the original version (give or take a couple octaves) while still keeping it playable. Some harmonies will be in the wrong octave because to put them in the right octave, I would need more than 2 pianos and more than 4 people. I believe I have succeeded.

And yes, 2 pianos, 8 hands IS 4 voices, technically. It's played by 4 people, at least.

It's also the second 2 pianos, 8 hands arrangement I've written.

The repertoire for 2 pianos, 8 hands is kind of lacking, and is mostly found in classical music, but speaking from experience it's a lot of fun to play.

Here's a great example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hygVXLOBTbk

Is any place for a violin too? Just kidding. If there is, maybe you guys need a recommendation from me since I'm so satisfied with a service; I would like more people to know about it. But, answering your question. One of my friends redirected me here when talking about pianos. So here I'm, and here my recommendation https://www.stradviolin.com/rentals/
My daughter has recently started playing the violin. I was looking for a good violin for ages and at a reasonable price. So, what do you guys think? I chose Strad Violin.

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question Draco456, but I am just curious: how did you write it out? Is your arrangement like one giant score, or are there parts like in the Sousa video you linked?
