-m12, 16, 20 and 24: In the L.H. on beat 3, the accent should go below the note instead of above.
-m18: In the R.H. on beat 1.5, I hear a C instead of a G
-m32 and 40: I don't think you necessarily need the parentheses on the first An in the R.H., as the An in the L.H. is already held anyway. You could add a pedal mark to the chord in the measure before too, ending at the G last note of the piano run.
-m34-38: It's probably best to keep this whole L.H. section in 8vb, so it's easier for the player to see that when the L.H. jumps up or down an octave.
-m40: You can probably put the accent in the R.H. on the first triplet note instead of the grace note: it's pretty counterintuitive to accentuate a grace note instead of the note it 'graces'.
