Special New Nintendo 3DS (the regular, not the XL) units have been announced that come pre-installed with Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue and have face plates to match. They sound incredible.

Also announced: a new mythical Pokémon distribution every month. I don't think that includes January, though.

2) Masuda Method (legitimate way)
