Start with Mudkip... I think that'll do wonders, since it gains the ground subtype upon evolution and will help against Wattson. And Flannery, for sure. And Swampert is VERY bulky so you can wall Norman.

Also now Zubat and Timburr are both dead. But I caught a Minccino and a Liepard. Damn any fightning type Pokemon could rape my team. It's not looking good

Social, start with Torchic. When it evolves it can rape both first and third gym with Double Kick.

I still say Swampert. Bulky defenses are godsends for nuzlockes.

You're move sets seem fine to me. Don't worry about getting better Pokemon, with time you'll get the ones you want. Besides, I think that almost every Pokemon can be used fully and efficiently.
