The "cold" was referring to the temperature after the wind chill, which was 39.

And this is referring to a place that is usually in the high 60s this time of year (which is what the weather app said before I left + basing information from prior years).

Right now it says it's 33 and I'm happy because the temperature hasn't been this cold in years. I only start complaining when it gets into the 10s usually (I have spent quite a few winters in New York and Massachusetts to know)

Orange County got snow last night! It was a high of 48 today without the wind chill. I am so mad because I wasn't expecting the cold, so I left all my awesome clothes at home! All, well, it was still really nice!

Just wait until the summer!!! Since you live far inland (close to the shitty 909/951), it's going to be nasty.

Winters are mild though.

Next time it snows on Saddleback, convince your parents to drive you up there. You get a super awesome vantage point of being able to see the desert on once side, the beach on the other while standing in snow.
