Alternates between the major and minor seventh. Cb would be a lowered 1 against the root of the chord, so no thanks lol. B-A# was another option, but it doesn't sound like an augmented 6th : /

And there are plenty of differences in the accompaniment, and other subtle things in the melodic figures that aren't just a c/v form Meltdown 2.
