Rewriting Sheets

I have a piece of music ready for submission however when I was rewriting it in notepad I discovered I can't make time signature changes as well as overlay half notes under an 8th and quarter note rythym. Basically, I need somebody to write like 4-5 measures for me and then put some half notes in. Help me please!!! I will send you the sheets in a pm to anyone interested.

You can write half notes under other notes--simply change the layer. Someone with the full finale will have to change the time signature though.
