Miyazaki, I like Spirited Away or Kiki's Delivery Service the best. All of Studio Ghibli, I'd go The Tale of the Princess Kaguya or Whisper of the Heart.

Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind. I love it so much, it's really cute and even the supposedly gross bugs are cute. The manga's even better, though.
