You might want to respace the measures so you don't end up with a 2 measure system. And that dotted quarter dotted quarter quarter rhythm will need to be changed. The middle dotted quarter should be a eighth tied to a quarter to make the beat visible.

Measure 3: I'm not so sure if that first group in the left hand is an acceptable way of writing that, I'd change it to 8th 16th-tie-16th 16th 8th, it looks better and easier to read.

What about the notes, themselves? The only issues you guys are pointing out to me are with the writing. Does that mean the notes are all where they need to be and all it needs is some cleaning up here and there?

Yes that is exactly what I meant.

Regarding the song, I don't have time to check at the moment, however I did notice one thing, there is a glissando just before the 4th measure, you might see if you can add that, and if it sounds good.

I have made a few changes. I couldn't actually hear a glissando like what was mentioned, though, so I went without adding one.
