Bisharp

Recurring supporting character who shows up occasionally. Would mostly be referenced to, with his agents appearing in his stead (might appear in person a handful of times, or once or twice a season depending on how you're going to be doing this, but would usually only interact directly with the protagonists to give them advice).
C- Will you be part of an exploration team, or what will be your role?
Yes and no? Bisharp is a shadowy figure, almost like a mob boss, who, for the most part, uses loyal-but-bumbling Pawniard agents to do his bidding, rarely fighting himself. When he feels the need to fight, however, he never holds back. He would probably only join the protagonists' team at the tail end of the story, if at all (depends on the direction you want to go in). During the story, the protagonists probably wouldn't realize who he is until they do something that gets in his way, and he sends his agents to (try to) stop them (his first appearance might be friendly-but-enigmatic, for example, with his agents only showing up later). Imagine something like Meta Knight in Kirby's Adventure plus G0-T0 from KotOR 2.
As a Pawniard, Bisharp used to be a mischief-maker for other Pokemon, until one day, he learned a terrible secret. Since evolving, he has wisened up and focused all his efforts into training himself to the point of deadly efficiency.
D- Will you be good, bad, or neutral?
Neutral, overall. Even though Bisharp's actions might often impede the protagonists' goals (or even break laws at times), he ultimately has their best interest in mind- they just might not be able to see it at the time, and for whatever reason, he wishes to remain inscrutable.
E- If you are a member of an exploration team:
1. What will your team's name be?
Not really a team per-se, but his organization is known as The Initiative.
2. Who all is in your team?
Only Pawniard, except when he steps in (usually when he really means business or needs to get something done).
3. What do you explore for?
Nobody knows yet... but they might eventually...
F- What will your Pokémon's (nick/)name be?
Most people who know of his existence would call him either "Bisharp" or "Boss." His real name is Syver, although only he currently knows this.
G- Level & Moveset
Don't know about level, but his moveset is Knock Off, Iron Head, Swords Dance, and Guillotine. As I said, though, he rarely fights someone directly.
H- Do you plan to evolve?
Already evolved.
I- Home village
Unknown.
J-Were you a human? (I only want a few of these people)
No. However, he is aware of those who are.
