I didn't fix the formatting problems, but I did give feedback:
In general, there are spots where you have voices that belong in a different octave (mostly higher) as well as missing harmonies and different inversions. I didn’t feel like going through
everything, but I did the first 4 measures for you (at least the RH part). Also, to be more specific, there’s a harmony part starting at m9 that would be more interesting/musically diverse as opposed to just octaves. Make sure you really pay attention to detail. This ranges under pretty much everything, including note lengths and articulation (which still needs to be adjusted in general spots)

Oh and I almost forgot to mention, but you should clean up the rests like in m2 (and that one spot around the "star" section where the notes aren't properly beamed). And the tie in the LH m2 might not be necessary
I also noticed that beat 2.5 in m22/24 should be B and D instead of an A and D. Idk if that was just a mistake, or if you just copied it without checking to see if there was a difference (if it’s the latter, then you should watch out for those cases). Other things you should look out for are patterns and chords. If you can recognize something, then it’ll be much easier to write down and verify. For example, the notes in m21 are going down chromatically, yet you didn’t fully go down a half step on each lower note (they are also wrong - beat 3 should be an E and C# instead of E and C nat)
Two more things: firstly, since this is a medley, you should consider writing the name of the songs down when they show up on the sheet (although you might have difficulties with doing that with the expression tool so that it would stick to the measure as opposed to the text tool); secondly, I think you should invert the off-beat chords starting at m27 so that it doesn’t “overlap” with the bass notes. I personally think it would sound better if you avoided situations where the down beats end up repeating like so:

Overall, not too shabby! It's pretty good for your first attempt
