How can I upload my Arrangement to post it here?

Hey guys! Im new on this and I have a question... How can I upload my arrangement from my computer to this site? I dont know how... sorry to be a "noob" on this

1. Go to http://www.mediafire.com or http://www.savefile.com
2. Browse the file you want to upload, and select it.
3. Hit the "upload" button on mediafire, or on savefile fill in all the information.
4. You will be provided with a link.
5. Post that link here.

and by here u mean in the submission thread right? just read the rules there and you'll get the hang of posting songs.. or just look at some other people's submission threads to get an idea...
