Good sheet! Some small comments:

• It sounds like there are some grace notes leading up to beat 1 of m8 in the RH that aren't in the sheet.
• There's also a grace note on beat 3 of m18, RH.
• IMO beat 3 of m23 in the RH should be an eighth note, not a quarter note. But the grace notes take up the last bit of the beat anyway so it doesn't really matter.
• In m34-37, there's a bell/chime part in the background that strikes half notes. I think incorporating it would make the phrase more dynamic so that the bass isn't the only moving line.
• Minor nitpick, but for the first time signature, you use a comma while for the second you use parentheses. Is there any reason not to keep the two consistent?

I'll have to check out the note questions later, but I can answer some of these now:

-m34-37 I initially tried to add part of that in but it didn't work very well. I'll check it out again later.
-The tempo markings are different because one is a change of tempo and one is an initial tempo marking. They could be written differently, but that's why I did what I did.

Okay, here we go:
-Measure 8 has no grace notes. You're hearing the percussion, which does have a sort of pick-up into that bar.
-Added at 18.
-Eighth at 23 sounds accurate.
-I added the chime part back in (and noticed that I had left everything in the second layer in my previous version, oops)
-See my previous comment about the tempo displays.

Looks pretty fine to me, although I'd suggest moving all the music down on page 2 away from the header, there's ample space to. That, and perhaps connect the beams between m. 17 beats 3 and 4 LH like they are everywhere else. Also is there a reason the eighth rests aren't at a consistent height in m. 34-37?
