Everyone makes mistakes, that makes the human perfect, doesn't it? Now that the arrangement is complete, I'm so bold and comment one thing: When you use ffff, the piano player might do anything to destroy the piano, I prefer "tutta forza" (with all power). Be sure to add a dynamic marking after the forward repeat sign, or the piano player will play tutta forza all the way through the repeat.
