I'm currently playing through Lufia 3, and the Sinister of Destruction sure made an impact of me. EVERYONE is an idiot in that game, literally!
And that he likes epic stuff (which keeps him from destroying stuff)

Flotsam from Dark Cloud 2 is still teh coolest villain in my book.

Reasons he's so awesome:

1. He's an overweight clown
2. He has a tophat
3. Everything he says is just pure awesomeness. "
3. He turns the mayor of Palm Brinks into his whiny bitch
4. He has a giant, radioactive, wind-up spider clown as his main mode of transportation
5. He also rides in an atv with a mounted machine gun and clown hands on the front of it.
6. He strips down to his underwear and tries to blow you up with dynamite
7. He comes back as a freakin cyborg.
