Very minor thing that may or may not be a mistake that I'm only caring about because I'm trying to play the piece:

In "Home" from Undertale, I feel like in measures 35 and 39, the notes in both hands should be notated as coming in an eighth note earlier, such that they're played in measures 34 and 38 for an eighth note before being tied through the next measure. It's hard to say, though, since the tempo fluctuates so much, but to me they feel mostly like I described above.

Hmm you do have a good point. It feels almost kind of in between, like they should be earlier but not quite that early. I'll see if I can get a third opinion from someone else first, but duly noted, thanks.

For a couple of updates ago I submitted Splattack! (E3PV) for Splatoon. Now I noticed a small but important error: In measure 26 LH, the first note is an An, but it should be an Ab (makes much more sense musically) like in measure 24.

Start Menu for Undertale should have a key signature of one sharp (G major).

But the full version is in C Major. Besides, the piece doesn't even use the sharp.

In "Id (Serenity)" for Fire Emblem: Awakening, m14 should have a Gn in the right hand instead of a Gb (probably best to use a cautionary natural).

Should "Spacial Cliffs" for PMD Sky have a double barline at the end of m40? Or maybe not, because the next measure has a forward repeat bar?

EDIT: Also, in Celestial Valley for Kirby's Air Ride, I believe the notes in the first two beats of the very last measure should be part of a triplet instead.

I looked at Snowy from Undertale, and measures 7, 8 and 11, 12 have trills, but with double notes. The first one containing 2 notes might be what's actually in the song, but the later one seems like an error, or at least not pianistic since it is a trill containing 3 notes. It would be better written with layers to clarify which notes should be trilled.
