Well, it doesn't look super pretty, but it is aligned.

- Because this is in swing, offbeat 8th notes should be aligned with the 3rd note in triplets; m8 is not currently aligned properly.

Not sure how to do this in Finale, but I do agree on the principle.

Everything else should be fixed.

A quick & dirty arrangement based on my recent full transcription.

We have to get through all of these replacements!

Today's updated added a total of 43 replacements, 41 of which were taken off of the spreadsheet. In addition, the following games were taken off of the spreadsheet entirely:

• Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
• Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
• Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Justice for All
• Animal Crossing: City Folk
• Mach Rider

- In measures 8, 16, and 24 I would recommend restriking the C as part of the second layer instead of tying it over in the first layer. The contour of the lower layer is changed currently (dips down instead of up).
- Related, the all the parentheses on the F notes in m. 27-28 are confusing because it's unclear whether they should be played or not. I'd recommend being explicit and removing the parentheses on those notes (except for m. 27 beat 1) to indicate they should be re-struck.
- Raise the eighth rests in m. 21/15 a little bit.
- I would recommend spacing out the staves a bit more in m. 22/26 instead of shortening the stems. I think a better goal to aim for is consistent spacing between the symbols on the staff rather than spacing between that staves. Look at how a spacing of 1.2 makes the m. 26 system look squished but the m. 29 system look a little too open.
- The p at the beginning of m. 29 should be centered between the staves.
- There's a random E under the left hand G at the end of m. 32/36, that I think would be worth including.
This caught me off guard, I definitely hear the C as originally written in. But it sounds like all three notes are actually present...

I mean, the word "copyright" comes from the days of the printing press (the term goes back to at least 1729). Literally, "the legal right to make copies [of a given work]". Obviously, with changing technologies & laws the original etymology might not be as clear anymore, but I still think it doesn't warrant replacement anytime soon.

And if there's one thing I know as someone into language, is that trying to create language change by force almost never works in practice.

- Regarding the composer info: I'm always an advocate for the Oxford comma.

Normally, I advocate for the Oxford comma, but I don't think it's really necessary in this case.

The other stuff is fixed.

- This sounds more like F minor than C minor to me.

I understand where you're coming from, but I'm just not feeling F minor. The song is somewhat tonally ambiguous, which doesn't help matters.

- Grace note in m8 should have a slur.

Well, it appears that the Wikipedia from a couple years ago lied to me. How rude.

Notate the bass line with ledger lines instead of ottava. With keyboard music, the player will typically read the top note and then infer the octave doubling.

-There's this string harmony that comes in over the top at the end that makes the harmony at bit more interesting (sounds like an Eb and Ab to me).  You might be interested in including that, maybe as a higher up chord in the final bar?  Might work nicely.

I can appreciate the enthusiasm you've put on display here, and you're certainly not wrong in calling us out for this. However, there is really one reason why these sheets are the way that they are: for the first ~10 years or so, NinSheetMusic really didn't have any sort of quality control standards. Thus, a lot of our sheets from that time have incorrect information, composer info being just one of the many casualties. We do have a process in place to add replacement sheets to the site (and more recently a new project that'll hopefully add quite a bit more), however, many sheets still don't have replacements made for them mostly due to a lack of enthusiasm to make them or a high difficulty threshold for a proper piano arrangement.

Aside from that, it can be extremely difficult to pin down the original composer(s) for a given song if the game has multiple composers and no official soundtrack release. Nintendo is pretty infamous for this, so it's no surprise that there's a lot of misinformation as to who composed what piece. It can be pretty easy for someone not in the know to take a cursory look at sources and come out with the wrong info. It's not surprising that Koji Kondo, one of Nintendo's most famous composers, gets a lot of songs falsely accredited to him.

So, the question remains: what do we do about this? Honestly, there's no good answer for that. We could try manually reviewing each and every sheet to correct any mistakes, but that comes with issues. Firstly, how we delegate this job as there are now +4000 sheets on site, and what we should do when the sheet in question is utter trash and in dire need of a replacement.

Just a small thing from me.  I don't think the A on beat 2.5 in the right hand of bars 2 and 5 is actually there.  The left hand is playing the exact same note anyway at that point in your sheet, so it doesn't really affect anything, but I don't think they're doubling up in the original so the sheet should probably reflect that.  It would be less confusing to play also.
