"too": also, or an excessive amount; "I am coming, too" or "that is too much"
"two": a number; there are "two" Pokemon games coming out March 6, 2011

"there": a place; "I want to go there"
"their": possession; "The computer belonging to them" is the same as saying "Their computer"
"they're": a contraction meaning "they are"; "They're mad at us" is the same as saying "They are mad at us"
