does anyone know any song writing music (lioke Finale, etc.) that can use mp3 files, like Finale does with midis? like at a low or free price?

i was thinking of trying to arrange the New Super Mario Bros. Title Screen......

but....i havnt a clue where to start, how to do it, or any other important stuff except how the sheet should look......plz help?   :) :P

"Title Screen" - Completed and on site
We have the Athletic Overworld.......but what about the Overworld? The one that has a similar beginning but changes, the one a Super Smash Bros. Brawl? and  another request, the Title Screen :P

I'd love to try and make my own music for it......but i havn't a clue how to do it......where to start....etc.  any tips incase i do?  :)
